The House has hardwood and tile floors throughout the interior and several pieces of furniture are designed by local artist Tim Lozier at HowKola, LLC in Cody. Western Furniture craftsmanship is a long standing tradition in the Cody area and many great artists live in the region. Step down into the great room where you can relax by the native river stone hearth with a good book and enjoy mountain views in every direction.

Kitchen/Dining Area the central island kitchen is fully equipped and furnished for large parties and ready for your gourmet cooking. Visit in the open comfort of the dining room or step outside to enjoy coffee on the veranda.

The Loft is an office/den area for those who just have to check in on business between fishing trips. (with sofa bed for kids) We have tried to think of most amenities for your convenience, including wireless high-speed internet connections throughout the house. Mike and Sue are both from professional worlds and understand the need to stay in touch with our responsibilities, even on vacation.

Ptarmigan Peak Room is a lovely room with a queen size feather bed and mission style oak furniture. There is a walk-in closet and a six foot writing desk built into the window with a fantastic south view of Ptarmigan Peak in the Absoraka Mountains.

Ole Snooper's Secret Room named for the story held in the painting by the bedside. The bed is full sized and feather down for your country comfort. The antique dresser and full sized closet should be more than enough room for your belongings. The view outside the window clearly frames the splendor of Wapiti Valley and all it holds for your stay here.

Ole Snooper's Story begins at dawn when Ole Snooper has returned to his secret fishing spot. For years this has been his favorite haunt. From time to time artifacts of an ancient people would wash out of the silt and remain unnoticed by the wildlife. Snooper's ancestors may have feasted near this very print which now is an artifact of Green Creek. The viewer is drawn by the certain simplicity of the scene, the pleasing colors and intriguing Snooper. After viewing the print one will find themselves longing to walk in Snooper's secrete place, possibly finding the two secret passages held with in this room!

The Wapiti Valley B ig Game Room
has great accommodations for families or those who just want more elbow room. As you would expect in a game room there is high definition TV and video games, chess, shuffleboard and a wet bar (milled locally from timber off the Diamond 88 Ranch) for your entertaining purposes. The leather sleeper sofa is a down feather bed. There is a private full bath accented with antlers and oak designs like the rest of the house.

The Kitty Bartholomew Suite

Listen to Green Creek outside your window or step outside your private entry onto the deck for a morning meditation in the mountains. Breathe the fresh air and feel how great life is today. The four-post bed is king size with feather down, and your private bath has a claw foot tub which is a great way to pamper yourself after a long trail ride. There is also a custom tiled walk-in shower.
